Although we work hard to ensure all of our product ranges are ready to ship at any time, we sometimes have products on back order. If this occurs, we will endeavor to get your chosen product to you as soon as we can. Product availability is displayed on our website or if you need to double check, please contact us directly.
Provided that the items you order are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours. However, to be on the safe side you should allow for up to 14 days for standard orders to be delivered. If, on the off chance that an item is out of stock we will contact you regarding anticipated delivery date.
We can deliver anywhere in Australia and will also deliver internationally.
Postage is calculated off the Australia Post parcel postage schedule and our flat rate postage fee is $9.95.
If your order is over $50.00 we will send your package as registered post.
You should retain all packaging including the box that contains your order and take it to your nearest post office to make a claim on the broken or damaged item/s.
If the product you receive is faulty, we are more than happy to either refund your purchase or exchange your item. However, you will need to take some steps to ensure we can offer this service
- Write a short note on the invoice provided specifying the details of what you are returning and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
- Return the product/s within 7 days of the receipt of products
- Return the product/s unused, unwashed and accompanied with the original packaging
We do not offer cash refunds for faulty goods but will return the funds to your nominated account.
We will not supply refunds that are:
- A change of mind
- You have bought something that is the wrong size or colour
- You have found the product/s or a similar product/s for a cheaper price elsewhere
- You caused a fault or damaged the product/s after purchase
- You do not have a proof of purchase

You will need to pack your items carefully when posting, as we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost on their way back to our shop. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the items to us including postage. We will contact you with the postage charge (in accordance with the Australia Post Regular Parcel Charges) to be paid by either credit card or money order prior to delivery.
